The short version

This page exists so you can pre-order clir Focus on the App Store. The pre-order itself happens entirely inside Apple's App Store — we never see your name, email address, or payment details. What we measure here, with your consent, is how people find and use this page.

Consent management

We use Usercentrics to ask for your consent before any analytics or marketing tools run. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the landing page. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is shared with advertising platforms.

What we measure (only with your consent)

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — visits, time on page, scroll depth, where visitors come from (e.g. campaign parameters, referrers), and clicks on the App Store button. Without consent, Google receives only cookieless, anonymized signals (Consent Mode); no advertising identifiers are stored.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — loaded only after consent. Used to measure whether our ads on Facebook/Instagram lead to visits and App Store clicks, and to build ad audiences.

Server logs

Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, time, requested URL, browser user agent) for security and operations. Logs are not merged with analytics data.

The App Store

When you tap “Pre-order on the App Store”, you leave this page and Apple's terms and privacy policy apply. The link may carry a campaign label (e.g. which ad brought you here) that Apple reports to us in aggregate — never tied to you as a person.

The clir Focus app

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at contact@clir.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
